How long until your order arrives?
Orders are shipped out within 3-5 weeks of purchase.
The fashion industry is the second most polluting industry in the world and to reduce unneeded waste, we will only be producing the product twice a month.
By doing it this way we are able to make the orders in bulk and keep the use of fabrics at a bare minimum and therefore reduce our carbon footprint on the planet.
Please understand our process and that it is all done in good faith.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that due to Covid-19 the shipping times may be delayed by a few days. We also have no impact on how long the delay in transit for international shipping might be.
If there is a notable delay on your order, contact us via email, info@sick4trees.com
If for any reason you need to cancel an order please contact us via email, info@sick4trees.com as soon as possible because we will not be able to cancel it after the order has shipped.
All international orders are subject to VAT and customs/duty fees.
Sick4Trees is not responsible for these fees.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
