Domestic Orders
Returns: Sick4Trees will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. There are two ways to return your item(s):
- Return your item(s) by printing out a shipping label sent to you after contacting info@sick4trees.com and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Mail back your order using your own carrier. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sick4Trees 24450 Main St #255 Newhall, CA 91321, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges: Sick4Trees accepts exchanges for unworn items with tags intact if the order is shipped back within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges will be accepted for the same type of item but in different size or color ONLY.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on “sale” items. Sick4Trees is not responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
